Cylc is a residential based zero-waste system processes waste destined for landfill into valuable materials, eventually to drive our world towards a sustainable circular economy.

At the heart of Cylc's system is a sustainable apartment that serves as a model for circular living. The apartment provides residents with access to sustainable amenities, waste reduction initiatives, and community events that promote circular living.

Cylc Bins
Inside each apartment, there are smart bins established that track the amount of waste recycled by each user. There are three different categories of waste: plastic, organic, and paper.
Cylc Recycling Stations
Residents turn in the waste from their Cylc bins to the Cylc Recycling Stations located on their floor to exchange for Cylc points. Then the Recycling Stations will send the waste to the Conversion Center at Level 1 of the building for the process.
Cylc App
A mobile application that allows users to track their recycling points, view the status of Cylc bins, and manage their indoor farming area.
Cylc Farm
Every Cylc resident will be assigned their own indoor farm areas. People can redeem their seeds, and fertilizers using their Cylc points. After finishing the food, the waste will be tun into Cylc bins for recycling to gain Cylc points.
Conversion Center
Wastes will be turned in from the recycling stations to the Cylc conversion center to process and turn into new PHA products.
